Booking Questions
The current maximum occupancy is six guests. Please include all adults, children and infants when making your reservation.
The villa includes three bedrooms with two king beds and one queen bed. A sofa bed is also available in the living room.
Select your check-in date, check-out date and number of guests using the availability search. Current pricing and available dates will then appear in the booking system.
Cancellation terms may depend on your selected dates and booking rate. The complete policy should be displayed before payment and included in the reservation confirmation.
Arrival and Access
Check-in is available after 3:00 PM.
Checkout is before 11:00 AM.
It may be available upon request, depending on same-day bookings and cleaning schedules. It cannot be guaranteed in advance.
Blue Water Villa offers self check-in through a smart lock. Arrival instructions and access information should be sent to confirmed guests before check-in.

Blue Water Villa is situated in the Turtle Cove area of Providenciales, Turks & Caicos Islands. Exact directions are provided after booking.
A rental car is recommended for exploring the island and travelling conveniently between beaches, restaurants and activities.
Turtle Cove Marina, Grace Bay Beach and Smith’s Reef are among the nearby areas highlighted by the host.
